COINS WE GRADE
- All regular US issue coinage in the following denominations: Half Cent, Large Cent, Small Cent, Two-Cent, Three Cent Nickel, Nickel, Half Dime, Dime, Quarter Dollar, Half Dollar, and Dollar.
- We grade all US Commemorative Silver Issues (Half Dollar and Dollar).
- We grade all US Gold Quarter Eagle ($2 ½), Half Eagle ($5), Eagle ($10), and Double Eagle ($20).
- We also grade all American Silver Eagles.
- We are currently not offering grading services for any foreign coins, or US Three Cent Silvers, Twenty Cent, $1 Gold, $3 Gold, and $4 Gold denominations.
- We do grade coins that have been lightly or moderately cleaned, and corroded. They will be assigned a detail grade and will also note on holder the most prominent issue.
- Coins that have been harshly cleaned, and coins determined to be not genuine, will not be graded, fees will still be assessed. ACGS also reserves the right to refuse grading services on any coin.
- ACGS is not currently attributing any error or variety coins at this time, other that the major ones currently listed in the Red Book, like the 1955 Lincoln Cent Doubled Die, and the Mercury Dime 1942/1, or other common well known varieties or errors.
ADDITIONAL GRADING SERVICES
- Resubmissions - Any coin currently encapsulated in an authentic ACGS Holder may be resubmitted at any time for re-evaluation. Regular submission fees will apply.
